We personally register our drivers in advance through our own Ship2port account, ensuring fast and secure access to terminals and vessels. Our professional working method guarantees efficient coordination at the quay and on board, ensuring your shipment is handled quickly, accurately, and without delay. You will receive immediate updates regarding any schedule changes or delays. Signed documents are provided directly after delivery whenever required, and always emailed the same day in pdf format.  For larger cargo such as cylinders or similar goods, delivery and collection take place at the jetty or gangway with assistance from the ship's crew. Goods are positioned as close to the vessel as possible, while all administrative document handling is completed on board.

We provide safe transport of, among other things, CO₂, oxygen (cylinders), and other ADR goods up to 1000 points. 

Our vehicles are fully equipped in accordance with legal requirements. For instance, they feature a recently inspected

2 kg powder fire extinguisher, suitable stowage materials, and a well-ventilated cargo area.  Our drivers hold the required ADR awareness certificate and possess  all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE). In addition, we ensure that all required documents, such as MSDS safety data sheets, are present and in order.

When a ship is moored at the buoy, we can, if desired, deliver or collect small shipments using the rowers. We handle the entire process. The delivery is efficiently prepared and tightly scheduled by us. Rowers are booked in a timely manner, the captain is informed in advance via the agent if possible, and all necessary coordination is arranged to guarantee a smooth handover upon arrival alongside.  Please note: deliveries to ships at the buoy are possible to a limited extent and depend on  weather conditions, the availability of staff and the accessibility of the ship.

When no gangway is available and only  a rope ladder or inland vessel is alongside, as shown in the photo, we will not board for safety reasons. In such situations, we strive to carry out the work in an alternative and safe manner.  Communication between the crew and our team will then take place via the rowers' boat, with the captain,  agent, or directly through the client themselves.

In the event that serious delays do occur, we will inform you of the situation directly from the location.
